John Schaldach has 30 years experience as a piano technician. He is a Registered Piano Technician with the Piano Technicians Guild. John apprenticed with two master piano rebuilders following his training at the San Francisco School of Piano Tuning and Repair. He has worked with pianos in a wide array of settings. His professional experience includes: preparing pianos for performances on concert stages for a fine arts college and a regional orchestra, restoring Steinway grands, maintaining a large piano inventory for a state university, readying pianos for retail sale, and providing complete in-home piano services for professional musicians and beginning students alike.
