Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call or email me at least 36 hours in advance if a cancellation is necessary. Failure to cancel an appointment with more than 36 hours notice, or failure to be present within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time will result in a $125 missed-appointment fee. Failure to cancel an appointment before travel to your location will result in a $165 fee or the quoted price for service, whichever is greater. This fee helps offset the real costs of scheduling and travel time, as well as the lost earning of a portion of the day.

Notification of My Delay

If I am going to be delayed by more than 15 minutes for my scheduled arrival time, I will call you as far in advance as possible to inform you of my delay.
